Being comfortable with the person you're with is the most important for me ;3;

This may sound arrogant or something, idk but. Artistic? I've been with someone before and it's easy to say that art plays a huge part of my life but they couldn't understand why I "wasted" so much time doing it. They didn't see it as a legitimate career path and saw art as slacking.

That's pretty important to a lot of people. It's not really arrogant. I wouldn't mind an artistic quality in a mate, be it drawing or musical or any kind of artistic really. It's nice to share that eye and creativity. But I counted that sort of as common interest(s), even though in a way it's a lifestyle, haha.

Comfort, definitely. When you're both comfortable with each other, it's a lot easier to work on the other things, especially communication and recovering from/avoiding arguments. .3.

Yep. ' 3 ' I mean, arguments are bound to happen, so it's kind of useless to avoid them, but as long as you can recover from them well or have the maturity to agree to disagree or reach a compromise, you got a good well-rounded relationship.

I always end up trying to avoid confrontations with my friends, so I don't even know what I'd end up getting into arguments about with my SO. ;o; I'm sure there's certain touchy subjects though.
